Windows sorting in Wapp pro's menu :

You can choose how the windows will be listed in Wapp pro's menu : Alphabetically, or From front to back.

You can choose user selected modifiers key to temporarily change this order. To change the window order temporarily, hold down the modifier keys before activating Wapp pro’s menu. The next time you select Wapp pro's menu, the ordering mode will be back to its original mode.

List Finder's pop-up windows :

You can choose whether you want the Pop-up windows (window reduced to a tab when you drag them to the bottom of the screen in the Finder) to be listed in Wapp pro.

Always display submenus, even when there's no window opened

When an application that is not front-most has no window opened, Wapp pro's menu will not display any submenu for this application item. When this option is checked, it will display a submenu with the first item being No Windows and then the Quit, Hide, Quit Others, Hide Others items.

Display content of Finder windows

Most of the windows from the Finder display the content of a folder. When you select this option, Wapp pro will display the content of such windows in submenus (see below).

You can choose if you want the submenus to appear only if the Finder is front-most. You can, also, choose a delay for the submenu to appear, and decide if you want icons to be displayed or not in these submenus.
